Refund and Return Policy

At WellCarta, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, and the protective seal must be unbroken.
  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplements that have been opened or tampered with.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used dietary supplements.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Final Sale” event (if applicable).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at support@wellcarta.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).

Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5-10 business days).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@wellcarta.com with a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
